3 Advisory Role & Disclaimer
Arya Financial एक intermediary / advisory firm है। हम banks और NBFCs के official loan disbursement agent नहीं हैं जब तक अलग से स्पष्ट न किया जाए। Loan approval और disbursement संबंधित financial institution द्वारा की जाती है।

4 Privacy & Data Protection
आपकी personal information (नाम, mobile, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, etc.) strictly confidential रखी जाती है। हम निम्नलिखित commitment देते हैं:
- आपकी जानकारी केवल loan processing और service delivery के लिए उपयोग होती है।
- हम किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष को आपकी जानकारी नहीं बेचते।
- Loan application के लिए relevant banks/NBFCs को जानकारी share की जा सकती है।
- Aadhaar और PAN data को सरकारी guidelines के अनुसार handle किया जाता है।

5 User Responsibilities
हमारी services का उपयोग करते समय आप सहमत हैं कि:
- सभी प्रदान की गई जानकारी सत्य और सटीक होगी।
- सभी documents genuine और unaltered होने चाहिए।
- Loan का उपयोग declared purpose के लिए ही होना चाहिए।
- Fraudulent जानकारी देना एक legal offense है और कानूनी कार्यवाही हो सकती है।
- EMI और loan repayment की जिम्मेदारी पूरी तरह borrower की है।
- आप 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के हैं और legally contract करने में सक्षम हैं।
6 Fees & Charges
Arya Financial की fee structure पूरी तरह transparent है:

7 Limitation of Liability
Arya Financial निम्नलिखित के लिए liable नहीं है:
- किसी भी bank/NBFC द्वारा loan application का rejection।
- Market fluctuations के कारण investment returns में कमी।
- Insurance claims का bank/insurance company द्वारा rejection।
- Third party services (banks, NBFCs, insurance companies) के actions।
- Internet / technical issues के कारण service disruption।
- Borrower द्वारा गलत जानकारी देने के कारण होने वाले नुकसान।
8 Intellectual Property
इस website का सभी content – text, logo, design, graphics – Arya Financial की intellectual property है। बिना written permission के किसी भी content को copy, reproduce, या commercially use करना strictly prohibited है। Unauthorized use के विरुद्ध legal action लिया जा सकता है।
9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
ये Terms & Conditions Madhya Pradesh, India के laws के अनुसार governed होती हैं। किसी भी dispute की स्थिति में jurisdiction Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh के courts के पास होगी। दोनों parties पहले mutual negotiation द्वारा dispute solve करने का प्रयास करेंगी।
